With over fifteen years of litigation experience, including numerous jury trials in courts all over the Bay Area and neighboring Northern California jurisdictions, Leyla Pasic, founder of Pasic Law, is an experienced trial attorney and advocate. Her practice focuses on business, employment, real estate, and sexual assault litigation. Leyla represents clients in all phases of litigation, including through trials and appeals.

Leyla earned her B.A. in 2003 from the University of California, Davis, where she majored in Philosophy and Communications. She received her law degree in 2006 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where she externed for the US District Court for the Norther District of California and served as as the editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. After law school, Leyla worked for the Special Department for War Crimes, Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, prosecuting war crimes.

 

Prior to founding Pasic Law, Leyla worked with several nationally and locally renowned law firms, sharpening her trial and advocacy skills. Leyla opened this firm to provide top-notch legal services to individuals and businesses with the flexibility and efficiency of a boutique firm.

Leyla has obtained numerous awards and recognitions and was selected as a Rising Star in the area of business litigation by the Northern California Super Lawyer Magazine in 2017.

 

With a strong track record, Leyla is a respected litigator and a trusted advocate for her clients.

When she is not trying cases, Leyla enjoys being involved in her East Bay local community and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She is also involved in her small but proud Bosnian & Herzegovinian community, with whom she shares the unique experience of immigration, hard work, and starting over.
