At Pasic Law, we negotiate, review, and draft purchase sale agreements, commercial leases, and construction contracts and subcontracts with the aim of avoiding pitfalls in real estate transactions. If real estate transactions do lead to disputes, we have extensive experience litigating them. We represent owners, developers, builders, management companies, commercial landlords, and tenants. We have handled and tried to conclusion numerous lawsuits involving:

At Pasic Law, when litigation cannot be avoided, we use our knowledge of real estate laws and our extensive experience in the courtroom to advocate and fight for our clients strategically and obtain results swiftly.
