Represented an elderly homeowner in Marin County Superior Court in a dispute with an inconsiderate neighbor who over-developed, trespassed, and caused a nuisance. Secured a client-favored jury verdict including an award of attorney's fees and costs.
Obtained a client-favored settlement on behalf of first-time home buyers in Novato fraudulently induced into buying a mold-infested home in a non-disclosure dispute.
In a separate action, obtained a client-favored settlement on behalf of a purchaser of condominium unit in San Francisco with an undisclosed nuisance neighbor.
Successfully defeated a prior owner's attempt to void our client's purchase of several acres of land in El Sobrante purchased through a bidding process at an auction, by successfully moving for summary judgment prior to trial.
