Pasic Law Secures a Large Settlement on Behalf of Childhood Sexual Assault Survivor

We are please to report that Leyla Pasic has secured a large settlement on behalf of a Pasic Law client and survivor of childhood sexual assault. In the lawsuit brought under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 340.1, the victim alleged she was subjected to repeated instances of childhood sexual assault at the hands of her perpetrator for a period of approximately eight years, between the ages of five and 13. "The sexual abuse that occurred here had a terrible, long-lasting, and traumatic impact on our client. Though no amount of money will ever right the wrongs committed, we hope that the litigation process and this result will provide our client with some level of healing and closure," said Ms. Pasic.
